Our chocolates are sensitive to heat. To ensure product quality:
- We use insulated packaging and protective wrapping
- During warmer months, cold packs may be included.
- We recommend storing chocolates in a cool, dry place upon delivery.
Note: Slight softening during transit in hot climates does not affect product quality or taste.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order value.

- Incorrect product received

Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Recipient unavailable
- Invalid contact details
As our products are food items, we do not accept returns once delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, notify us within 24 hours with photos and order number.
If verified, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- A refund to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Customized, personalized, and corporate orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.
