2. Product Information

  • Actual product appearance may vary due to handmade processes, seasonal variations, or supplier availability.

  • Allergen information is displayed wherever applicable. Customers are responsible for checking product suitability before purchase.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are accepted based on product availability.

  • Prices listed on the website or invoice are final and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of purchase unless a credit facility has been approved.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of incorrect pricing, stock issues, or suspicious transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and courier limitations.

  • Perishable items such as chocolates and bakery products require prompt delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive tracking information (if available).

5. Storage & Handling

  • Our chocolates and bakery products must be stored as per the recommended conditions mentioned on the packaging.

  • We are not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage, exposure to heat, moisture, or mishandling after delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.

  • Refunds or replacements may be provided only if:

    • The product is damaged upon delivery

    • The delivered item is incorrect

    • The product is expired at the time of receipt

  • Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence.

7. Bulk Orders & Custom Orders

  • Bulk or customised orders (corporate gifting, events, customised packaging) require advance confirmation and partial/full payment.

  • Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48–72 hours before production begins.

  • Once production starts, cancellations are not accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content including logos, product images, packaging designs, and website material is the intellectual property of the Company.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
